memories
Hazel O'Connor

Of all the gigs I did, this was one of the most memorable but for a rather sweet reason.  The promoters, Budget and David Stopps, put flowers in my dressing room and this was a absolute first - no one had ever done that for me before.  They were very good promoters and some years later, I became good friends with them and remain so to this day.

what happened next
Hazel O'Connor Having made her name in classic film Breaking Glass (PC Jim Carver from The Bill was in it too!) Hazel still records and tours. More recently she has undertaken acoustic gigs with Cormac de Barra. She is playing gigs sometimes with Clare Hirst on sax (Belle Stars) Never achieved the continued heights her talents deserved
