what happened next
Big Country ended in 2000 and this was followed in 2001 by the tragic death of Stuart Adamson. They reunited along with The Skids at a memorial to Adamson. The remaining members reconvened and toured in 2007 to celebrate 25 years. They now tour with Mike Peters of The Alarm as vocalist.

The Lotus Eaters had split by 1985 and reformed in 2002. They had a big hit single with The First Picture Of You in 1983

Red Beat  were from High Wycombe and at one time featured all of Howard Jones' younger brothers
