Always a popular turn at Friars with their unique take on jazz rock and
free form. East of Eden were there from the start of Friars playing
three times in 1969 alone followed by further appearances in 1970 and
1971 in addition to two appearances at FriarS Bedford
We
were delighted to be able to add East of Eden to the Friars Hall of Fame
in 2012
East
of Eden: It was a great honour to
receive the Friars Heroes award. It's nice to be remembered after all
this time. Even after 40 years we still remember Friars as one of our
favourite venues, with a great atmosphere and a terrific audience
reaction every time we played there.
