Home disbanded in 1974. Cliff Williams joined AC/DC. Wisefield went on to join Wishbone Ash and is now in the cast of We Will Rock You.

Ace (featuring a certain Paul Carrack) went on to have a big hit with 'How Long' but had disbanded by 1977. Carrack also temporarily joined Squeeze and sang the hit Tempted and was one of Mike and The Mechanics.
