ALL FRIARS AYLESBURY PHASE FOUR GIGS HERE

Lest we forget - the Civic Centre in perspective 2010.

On Saturday 15th May 2010 it was announced that Friars would have a Phase Four era in the new Waterside Theatre in Aylesbury.  The capacity for gigs here will be around 1700, the biggest venue yet.

So far, some very different and fantastic gigs.

In 2013 we announced we were back with a bang with huge gigs by The Specials and Steve Hackett

The demand for The Specials was something we'd not seen in a very long time and the queue can be seen in the galleries section of the website

2014 saw the successful Friars exhibition at the Bucks County Museum and a return of Friars legends Stackridge.

2015 saw King Crimson back at Friars and for the first time, these gigs were all seated and it was also the first time (excluding The Jam's matinee in 1977) that an artist played two consecutive nights at Friars.

2016 saw King Crimson play their only UK dates at Friars Aylesbury

2017 saw Woody Woodmansey's Holy Holy play Ziggy Stardust in full and Marillion returned triumphantly.

2018 Saw remarkable gigs by Erasure and Camel and the amazing Earthly Messenger benefit gig.

2019 is the 50th anniversary of Friars Aylesbury and so far we have The Vaccines, Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets and Steve Hackett performing.
