what happened next

Despite being a popular live act (this gig sold out) The Adverts lost the momentum and split in 1979. TV Smith continues to tour and record.

The Reaction played Friars again in 1978 and again in 1982 headlining as Talk Talk.

The Vice Creems played Friars till 1980 and went down in Aylesbury folklore.
